  1. visualisation?

i swear people who design open plan kitchen/living areas have never used a kitchen before.

I don’t like it, would feel like living in the furniture department of a store

I feel like you could have made this several units instead. 7500 sq ft home just seems excessive for Logan Square.

Looks like a set for a TV show with those rafters and how condensed it all is.

Ad says it’s 9000 sq ft.

Thing should be multiple units, could easily be five really nice homes.

Do you think it still smells like a car repair shop?

Not my aesthetic on the interior, but I really love the tucked in porch with fireplace. I’d happily live in that space.

I count eleven faucets… That’s ridiculous. What is that double faucet sink in the side pantry area? Just in case a couple wants to do dishes together or you need water and someone is getting a glass of water at all the other faucets? Two sets of washers and dryers too??

Way too much furniture in the main living room. Why put chairs at the sofa console table, especially when they back into the kitchen counter stools? Why bother putting in a fireplace but make it non-functional? The car repair shop almost certainly didn’t have a fireplace originally. Then there’s the fuzzy stool, frame, rug combo ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|facepalm)

An open floor plan with high ceilings like that would be cold as hell in the winter

  10. That stove is utter masssive.

I wonder if the little cubical rooms have a ceiling, or if it’s just walls – does anyone know?

I love this. Im surprised to see so many people don’t like it. That back patio is gorgeous and rare in Chicago.

  12. Do the car ghosts ever honk their horns at night? Do you find oil leaks randomly?

How big of a *single* family is envisioned to inhabit this monstrosity? 12 people?
